Grand Opening of 10th Planet Oakland’s New State-of-the-Art Facility

On August 14, 2022, we officially celebrated the grand opening of 10th Planet Oakland’s new location at 930 Alice St., Oakland, CA 94607. This world-class, state-of-the-art facility is designed with everything needed to train and build champions, creating the perfect environment for our athletes and coaches to thrive.

This gym started as a dream—a vision of building something extraordinary for the Oakland community. Through relentless hard work, dedication, and the unwavering support of our team and students, that dream has grown into the reality we see today: a world-class facility where champions are made.

This moment is incredibly special, not just for us but for the entire Oakland community. Our new home represents growth, opportunity, and a commitment to excellence. We are excited to continue our mission of spreading the art of Jiu Jitsu and putting Oakland on the map, letting the world know that Oakland is truly the home of champions.

We were deeply honored to have Eddie Bravo, the founder of 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu, join us from Los Angeles to celebrate this milestone. Eddie’s presence reminded us of the strength and unity of the 10th Planet family and added even more inspiration to this momentous occasion.
