October 12, 2023 – Jiu Jitsu Self-Defense Demo at Lincoln Summer Nights

On October 12, 2023, 10th Planet Oakland had the honor of giving a Jiu Jitsu Self-Defense demonstration for the community at Lincoln Summer Nights, located right across from Lincoln Elementary School in Oakland, CA. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with our local community, showcase the power of Jiu Jitsu, and share practical self-defense techniques.

Our team demonstrated effective and accessible self-defense strategies that empower individuals to protect themselves. Events like this are a reminder of the positive impact martial arts can have in strengthening communities and promoting safety.
